The majority of The Pacific Retreat, including the main structures and the large detached garage, was constructed using Eblock insulated concrete, offering excellent thermal efficiency, durability, and sound insulation well suited to Baja's coastal environment. Only the newest detached building was constructed using a different system. The enclosed garage is a standout feature in its own right, providing substantial space for vehicles, surfboards, equipment, storage, or future use.
